Fire. Water. Earth. Air.
One table.
An immersive 5-course dinner show at the Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel.
Not a restaurant.
Not a theatre.
Both, at once.
Multi-sensory storytelling
360° projections transform your table into a living canvas. Each course arrives as part of the story — not just food, but a moment.
Be part of the story
This is not a show you watch. It's one you're inside. The elements respond to you, the table becomes the stage, and every guest is part of the narrative.
Fine dining, reimagined
A 5-course menu crafted by our culinary team — each dish inspired by one of the four elements. Seasonal, locally sourced, and designed to surprise.
